The Arts Council is a local nonprofit organization partnering with the city of Wichita to promote the arts in the local communitiy.   The Arts Council Juried Exhibit is an annual event that shows the selected work of arts by local and regional artists.   The show is held at CityArts which is located in Old Town district in downtown Wichita.  Here are the photos of the building of CityArts in daytime and nighttime.
