"Sojourning threads" in Oklahoma City -- Music Event at Oklahoma Contemporary

     Last week, at Oklahoma Contemporary, "Sojourning Threads" composed by Daniel Racer was performed.  I'm so grateful that the musicians came all the way from Wichita, KS and Austin, TX.  So glad everything worked out well!  It was a very special and moving moment for me to be able to be immersed in the sound of music and the art that became the inspiration for the music.  Oboe: Cindy Thompson, Viola: Kay Buskirk, and Double Bass: Daniel Racer

Learning Gallery at Oklahoma Contemporary

One of the unique things about Oklahoma Contemporary is they have a space called the "Learning Gallery."

This is a wall piece that they made in response to my show for the visitors to interact with.

The first photo shows the image at the beginning of the opening reception and the third photo shows the image after three hours.
